These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Hop Sweep Mop Cleaning Services LLC and The Client. We have kept these terms and conditions very short and simple to cover only basic requirements as we strongly believe in trust and mutual understanding.
The Client agrees that any use of our company’s services, including placing an order for services by Telephone call, WhatsApp messages, Website forms or Emails shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Hop Sweep Mop Cleaning Services LLC reserves the rights to update and modify these terms and conditions based on our experience and feedback from our clients without prior notice to individual clients, and may do so by publishing an update on our website and will take effect within 24 hours after it has been published on the website.

- Cleaning services and booking confirmations:
- Our standard cleaning services include residential and office cleaning as mentioned on our website page
- All services are provided to the customer at an address confirmed at the time of booking and any last-minute change in location may include additional charge to cover lost time and transportation cost.
- For new clients booking first time, all estimates of cost and time are provided based on the average time it takes to clean as per our experience and information provided by client. Exact time and cost will be confirmed after site visit and inspection of the residence or office before starting the services.
- We make every effort to ensure our staff reaches on agreed time and will notify the client in case there is any delay due to traffic congestion or circumstances beyond our control. We do understand and accept cancellation of bookings with prior notice but any last-minute cancellations once our team is assigned and deployed will be subject to payment.
- Client responsibility
- The client must ensure to inform at the time of booking confirmation of any requirements of security passes for access to the premises.
- If the client requires our staff to clean behind or under any heavy items (e.g., a fridge, bookshelf, or other furniture), client will move those items prior to the commencement of the service or inform in advance if required additional help.
- The client will secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewelry, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the commencement of the service, our company or staff shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered in respect of the same.
- The client agrees not to directly or indirectly, employ any of our staff during the period which services are provided by our company or for a period within 6 months after the conclusion of any service until mutually agreed by our company.
- We do understand and accept cancellation of bookings with prior notice but any last-minute cancellations once our team is assigned and deployed will be subject to payment.
- Payment terms
- Our standard payment terms are 50% advance payment at the time of booking and balance 50% after the services are completed.
- We prefer all payments by Bank transfer to our company account and we also accept cash in limited cases for first time or one-time clients
- Considering the nature of our business we do not provide credit and all payments are due immediately after completion of our services unless mutually agreed in exceptional cases.
