Hop Sweep Mop Cleaning Services LLC (“we”, “us”) provides cleaning services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or book a clean, and what we do with it. It covers this website and bookings made by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address to be cleaned, and anything you tell us about the job or how to get in.
• Booking records: dates, services, hours, the rate agreed and payment status.
• Website data: standard analytics about pages visited, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Why we hold it

• To quote for work, confirm a booking, and send the right cleaners to the right address.
• To contact you about a booking, including changes and reminders.
• To keep accounting and tax records as UAE law requires.
• To understand which services people look for and improve the site.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by our management and by the cleaners assigned to your booking. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where we must: with our accountants, or where a UAE authority or court requires it.

This site uses Google Analytics, and customer reviews are displayed through a Google Reviews widget. Those providers process data under their own policies.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require. Enquiries that never became bookings are removed once they are no longer useful.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@hopsweepmop.com and we will respond.
