Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Hop Sweep Mop Cleaning Services LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Booking a clean means accepting them.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, the number of cleaners and the hourly rate with you. A quote given before we have seen the property is an estimate based on what you have described. If the work turns out to be materially larger, we will tell you before carrying on rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.

Rates and payment

• Work is charged by the hour, per cleaner, with a three-hour minimum.
• The rate depends on whether we bring equipment and materials, and on how many hours you book. Discounts vary by area, day and length of booking, and are confirmed before the work is agreed.
• Payment is due on completion unless a contract says otherwise. Monthly contracts are invoiced monthly.

Access and the property

Please make sure we can get in at the agreed time, and that building access, passes or parking are arranged. If our team cannot get in and is left waiting, or the visit has to be abandoned, we may charge for the time that was held for you.

Please tell us in advance about anything fragile or valuable, and about any surface that needs particular care.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can if you need to move or cancel. Cancellations at short notice may be charged, because the time was held for you and the team scheduled around it.

Our staff

Every cleaner is our own employee on our company sponsorship, interviewed and background-checked by management. Please do not ask our staff to work outside the agreed scope, to work at height on ladders, or to handle hazardous substances.

If something is not right

Tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we will come back and put it right. That is the remedy we offer for work that falls short.

We take responsibility for loss or damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for damage that was already there, for normal wear, or for items that were already faulty or unstable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
