Dust settles on a tower unevenly. The windward side goes dull first, and by the time it shows from the road the whole elevation looks tired. We clean building exteriors from cradles and by rope access, planned drop by drop with your building management, at hours that suit the residents and the tenants below.
We walk the building with your management team, look at the anchor points and cradle access already in place, and agree the sequence of drops and working hours.
The ground area under each drop is cordoned and signed before anyone goes up, and a member of the team stays at street level throughout.
Cleaning runs from the top of each elevation downwards so nothing is dirtied twice, and progress is reported to management at the end of every day.

A mid-rise elevation is often two to four days. A tall tower is planned in phases over several weeks so the building keeps working around us. We give a programme after the survey rather than a number over the phone.
