Mould in Dubai usually turns up where cold air meets damp: behind a wardrobe on an outside wall, under a sink, around a bathroom ceiling vent. Cleaning the black marks off is the easy part, and the job that matters is finding where the water comes from. If that needs a plumber or a builder rather than a cleaner, we will say so.
We look for the source before touching the growth. A leaking trap, a failed seal or condensation on a cold wall all need different answers.
