In August a Dubai flat notices a struggling AC within an hour. Most call-outs we see come down to a blocked filter, a clogged drain line or a coil packed with dust. We service units on a routine so the problem is found in spring rather than on the hottest night of the year.
Every indoor unit is opened, filters come out, and the drain pan and coil are checked. We work through the flat or office in order so none is missed.
